THIRTEEN: A ROMANTIC NUMBER

The goal of this project was to create a unified body of work, with each element representing something different, while exploring form and how the surface adorns it. I threw thirteen different forms, and adorned them with representative iconographic drawings of different relationship dynamics between two people, of how they can feel to a person. I chose a fragile yet long-lasting porcelain, and etched the icons into the forms with Scraffito.
