March 2024 - Present
Creative strategy for a comprehensive brand identity refresh, ensuring a cohesive voice across all digital and physical channels.
Design marketing materials for email campaigns, social media, presentation decks, site content, tiles, landing pages, events, retail materials, direct mail, B2B, wholesale assets, OOH, and print collateral using our brand identity system.
Create mood boards and storyboards while managing internal photography function to direct and produce seasonal campaigns, social content, in-house lifestyle shoots, and product photography, resulting in a 62% year-over-year increase in Instagram followers and 20% increase in overall engagement across channels.
Redesigned email templates, leading to a 5x increase in click-through.

Collaborated with the Founder/Creative Director on concepts and brand systems for digital, e-commerce, wholesale, social, and print channels. 
Managed end-to-end design processes, including UX/UI improvements, e-commerce video and images, and social media content.
Managed the Digital Asset Coordinator and led pre and post-production efforts while liaising with internal teams and external freelancers, ensuring alignment with visual standards.
